The SX-12 is manufactured by Hydro-Force and can handle pressure far above the 1000 psi produced by the Butler System we own.

We are now equipped to clean ceramic, slate and many other common stone floors and grout accompanying them. Please call for details.

Our Portable Extractor

is reserved for multilevel Building Carpet Cleaning, and uses larger volumes of water to clean without extra heat. The client's heated tap water does improve the cleaning process. See pictures on the link.

Our Vacuum Arsenal

	Since our earliest days we have trusted the dependability of Hoover Vacuums, and we mostly use many Porta-Powers daily. We found the Power Nozzles [Quadraflex (tm)] once made by Hoover of such exceptional quality and design on their older cannisters, we fitted them to work on the Porta-Power, and still use them on our trruck. Unfortunately they are not available Commercially at all now.
	We also have added the dependability of Aerus-Lux Commercial Upright, formerly Electrolux Vacuum, to our truck equipment in conjunction with our Hoover as both will still fit inside.
	Recently a vacuum with very strong suction power has become available to us. The Infinity Vac is a larger size vacuum, and has the round large and heavy design of cyclonic vacuums as a disadvantage when being used commercially. But the residential version pictured below we have been using commercially with otherwise great success. Cleaning it is thoroughly accomplished with simple water and air-hose and drying time. and the unit is very easily emptied and has no bags and washable filters to keep costs down.

Our Rotary Buffer/ Shampooer

Also riding on our truck is the universally useful Rotary Scrubber. We have use General products since our business began in 1987. This Machine is capable of floor burnishing, light screen-floor sanding, encapsulation shampooing as well as the traditional vinyl tile floor stripping done to provide a surface to maintain. We strip kitchen flooring and replace the surface with a high polish-shine that glows after the job is done.
